Built a Power BI contract-expiration categorizer and automated Excel reporting to improve visibility into upcoming sourcing needs across 6,000+ sourcing contracts.

Supported the Houston Intermodal Facility RFP by coordinating stakeholder input, supplier questions, scope requirements, and rate-card development.

Developed an escrow tracker across 34 agreements, identifying key terms, release triggers, and compliance requirements.

Assist 60+ students transitioning to campus life, foster a supportive community, and manage emergency and on-call responsibilities serving 800+ residents across 20 residential communities.
